"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"I only spent 1 day in this unit and Its enough for me to asking for more. It is so convenient, with eateries convenience store as well as groceries stores right at the door step. Will definitely stay at here again."

"The location of this place was so convenient, with shops and restaurants just downstairs and it's an easy pickup and drop off point for Grab rides to other destinations in the city. The apartment is fine, as described, just a bit spartan in furnishings and not hotel-grade linens and towels. Basic but good. "

"I like the property. It feels homie when I arrive with my family. Love the facility. The kiddy pool & jakuzi is under the roof, so can still use it during raining time. Food delivery also ok. There's specific section in the lobby available. "

"We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and generous. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options from Malaysian, Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisines—something for everyone. One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the staff—they use WhatsApp, so if I ever needed anything, I could just send a quick message and they’d bring it right to the room. My only real complaint is the laundry service—it’s charged by the piece, which can add up quickly. I would have preferred the option to do my own laundry. Thankfully, I had packed enough clothes to make it through the trip without needing the service. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. "
