"The worst hotel I've ever been to. What is shown on the live site is not at all what we got. The rooms were filty.esp the bathroom. The water tap was not even functioning properly. Regret booking this place. Also booked 2 rooms with 2 queenbeds but the receptionist said only have 1 room with 2 queenbeds. I was given a room with 1 queenbed for the price of 2 queenbeds.totally disappointed with the room and the condition with poor cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"初めてのスレンバン滞在でした。 ショッピングモール直結は、とても良いです。 急な雷雨なども問題になりません。 飲食店もモール内及び外にも飲食店が多数あり充実しています。 部屋の印象ですが、施設が古いため暗い印象です。 また、お湯が出ないため、モール内のSPAを利用しました。 早朝のフライトを控えていたので、寝るだけなら充分です。早朝のチェックアウトも問題なくでき、ロビー内でgrabの到着を待って空港に行きました。 朝食付きだったのですが、利用しないで出発したので朝食が気になりました。"

"部屋は清潔だしスタッフの対応も良いです。ただ初日、シャワーの使い方が分からず、スタッフを寄越してくれると言われたきり誰も来ず(シャワーの出し方はその後自分で理解)。部屋にある内線はかけてもつながりませんでした。歩いてショッピングモールまで行きたい場合、大きな道路を渡る必要があるのでちょこちょこ出掛けたい人にはあまりオススメではないかもしれません。"
