"There are call girls going up to the rooms! Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging "

"There was no one at the property to assist with checkin. My parents reached the place and we're stuck for hours. Apparently there is additional checkin that needed to be done which was hidden away in some link, the least they should have done is to have someone helping with this online checkin that speaks English. "Stayed here 3 nights in the new wings. Highly recommended for tourists who like to visit Georgetown city core, Walkable to everywhere except to the beaches in Batu Ferringhi. Automated tower Parking is included the suite room. "
