"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."

"For RM100 a night, you get yellowish sheets, worn out towels, cracked floor tiles, exposed electric wires, over the air tv channels. I woke up smelling like someone else! But it’s right beside a night market and amidst a vicinity of eateries and shops. "

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "

One of the best airport hotels I have used

"Well located close to the airport with provision of shuttle bus - perfect arrangement . The hotel is set in a large green area with large swimming pool as the centre piece . The rooms are clean and comfortable and minimalist in style . Breakfast plentiful . Other food is varied and tasty . Genuinely friendly and helpful service by all staff . "
