"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. Amazing Hotel

"I could not of wished for more. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities were simply amazing. The evening we stayed at the hotel we used the spa facilities and the outdoor swimming pool. In the morning we had a full breakfast and left the hotel having had a wonderful nights sleep. "
