Unfortunately, repeat business and customer loyalty mean nothing here. Due to an urgent, last-minute emergency back home in Australia, I had to take the first flight out at the end of the day and could not stay. When I contacted Expedia and the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation or refund, an infuriating blame game began. The hotel staff...

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."

"From letting me stay in my room for an extra 8 hours (for a small fee) to the absolutely laid on breakfast buffet and the ultra-friendly staff, I highly recommend this VERY clean, wonderful hotel to anyone...I will be back - Thank you everyone for an AWESOME stay 🙏👌👍💯"

"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."
