Despite this, they refused to refund my payment of over £300. Expedia was unhelpful, offering only a £75 refund as a goodwill gesture. "Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a hotel we repeated stays at every time we are in that area. It has a wonderful view of the Twin Towers and is conveniently located to excellent shopping, food, and entertainment options! We also enjoy their widespread breakfast buffet! We will visit soon!"

"I had a lovely stay at the Shangri-La KL. The staff are all wonderful, in the dining room, lobby, room attendants. Lovely turn-down service, and many water bottles provides in the room. Fantastic pool. Rooms are fairly quiet especially given proximity to busy roads, with extremely good black-out curtains. Highly recommended. "

Grand hotel good location

"Good location and five star service throughput, this is a classy establishment and has a grand style. Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."
