"The staff was very friendly and polite. Customer service was amazing and the buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the view of the Petronas Tower from our room, was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely gonna back"

"Very clean and professional staff"

"Arriving at the hotel on its own was a whole experience. The staff welcomes you and takes your luggage up to the reception area which is actually on the 38th floor I believe! This amazed me! You get perfect view of the Twin Towers with a full 360 glass view of the city if im not exaggerating. The check in process was quick which I loved as I was a bit tired on arrival. I chose a garden view and that was also amazing. The room was well maintained, clean and the bed well tucked which is a deal...

"A little old but Nice , clean, quiet Staff very friendly . Location not the best but okay a little far from attractions but subway is very close "

"Modern hotel in a good location next to a monorail station and close to many places."

"nos dieron una habitaciòn en el sotano no teniamos vista a ningun lado mas q a una pared, el baño tenia sus problemas, pero todo lo demas ok,"

"Great facilities, clean rooms with interesting layout, friendly and helpful staff! I really appreciated that the staff helped with luggage (even up to the station when I needed to take the express for my flight). I also enjoyed the hotel’s closeness to the subway line for easier access to the city. The pool was a little small but I didn’t end up using it due to the smoke. The room was nice but I think what tips the scale is the friendly service. I would definitely stay here again :)"
