"We stayed as a family for 5 nights occupying 3 rooms and the quality of the room in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness was very good. All staff from those who cleaned the rooms, to the reception, the doorman and staff at the restaurant went out of the way to assist (helping to resolve a parking problem, storing our luggage, finding a suitable table for our party of 5, delaying the cleaning of our rooms at our request). Check in and check out took a matter of a few minutes. The location allowed us to move around Ipoh easily without having to use a car or cab. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming."

"Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air conditioning to deal with the heat, so I left well despite the rooms not soundproofed. I look forward to stay here again next time I visit Ipoh"

"Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)"

"Pertama kali check in jauh sikit dari town Taiping. tapi distance ok cuma less than 8km. tempat cantik, sunyi, kawasan safe, kakitangan semua bagus. Air pressure pun kuat, bersih, aircond sejuk, tilam selesa, kalau ada kipas ceiling lagi bagus, sbb musim hujan, sejuk nak all the time pasang aircond je, hihii and TV tak dpt tengok sbb setting ke WiFi tak boleh connect, nasib baik raya, so berjalan raya sampai penat, tak sibuk nak tgk tv. hihihi. Shuben cakap next nak check in sini lagi, tapi nak request level ground. ada balkoni santai. Apa pun terbaik dan boleh perbaiki lagi untuk lebih maju. TV tu important, sbb bosan kalau takde TV. "
