"I am so impressed by this hotel! The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) The staff is cordial and smiley. The room and bathroom is immaculate and the shower EXCELLENT!! Great water pressure and easy to turn on and off to save water. There is only sink soap missing. "Generally a very good hotel. However Wi-Fi only worked with a special code and Hilton honours link did not work. Also there was dust in some areas in the cupboard. Rest of the room was fine. I had a river facing room and the views were amazing. Excellent location. "
