"Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Das ehemalige Backhaus wurde zu einem Wohnhaus umgebaut und hat als altes Fachwerkhaus einen ganz eigenen, passenden Charme. Bad, Küche und Wohnräume sind schon etwas älter und nicht modern renoviert, was aber gut zum Charakter des Hauses passt.Die Lage ist super, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus liegt weit weg von Straßen, sodass die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen haben. Im Garten gab es Spielzeug und ein riesiges Trampolin, und der Garten durfte mitbenutzt werden.Da ich ursprünglich selbst aus dem Ort komme und die örtlichen Gegebenheiten kenne, war die Unterkunft für mich völlig in Ordnung. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war noch angemessen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern."

"Schöne große geräumige Wohnung. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es hätte sogar noch ein Kind mitkommen können.Die Wohnung kann man wirklich empfehlen."

"Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in der Burg verbracht..fast wie ein Traum:)Außer den stimmungsvollen Räumlichkeiten haben uns besonders Kunst und Literatur und die schöne Umgebung gefallen. Wir kommen sicher wieder."

"This was a great stay. It’s a restaurant with a hotel in many ways, however both are excellent. I stayed for one night whilst riding my motorcycle towards Norway. The room was more than sufficient, clean and tidy. The restaurant dinner was excellent. All staff were friendly and the settings are fabulous. I would stay again without any concerns."
Altstadt Apartments Verden - Andreasstraße

"This was our third stay at Altstadt Apartments but first time in this large family apartment. It’s wonderfully bright, spacious and airy with a well equipped kitchen. It looks as good as in the photos. We would’ve liked a room number at the door to make it easier to locate our room especially when arriving late at night in the dark. The main bedroom is upstairs with a narrow stairway so that might be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. The main bed isn’t the most comfortable and the room is a bit too warm. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay."

"Tholes Bucken is probably the nicest, cleanest and comfiest Hotel I've stayed in for years. The room aas massive, comfy and really modern. The staff were teally great (polute, friendly and efficient) and the evening meal (Duck) was amazing. If i ever find myself in the area again, i would have no hesitation booking again."
