"Great central location, but well insulated from noise. Very convenient for getting around. The room was lovely and spacious, had a kettle and fresh coffee was available at reception. Luggage storage after checkout was very useful. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. If visiting Helsinki again I would gladly stay at Hotel Finn again and would recommend it to anyone."

"The beds were comfortable and we got free breakfast buffet every night stayed as compensation for overbooking our room type on the first night. Would be good if compensation can be offered instead of us asking for it. "

"Staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel work areas are chic for the nomad workers. Perfect location. Room was cute, though small — had to scoot along the wall to get to the other side of the bed, and the window faced a courtyard that, while quiet, occasionally had workers that might catch a glimpse of you. Would suggest asking about privacy if you aren’t staying solo, and having the windows covered in film at ground level! But otherwise would recommend and stay again."

"The only thing i have to say is that the AC situation wasn't the greatest. The controls were a bit different and it wasn't clear how to regulate the temp in the room. Then when the fan or AC (again wasn't clear) turned on, once it reached the lowest temp available of 19.0 degrees it shut off and then would reset back to 21 or 22. Again, maybe it was user error, but i didn't find any instructions on this. I opened the windows most nights, but depending on which night you're staying (Saturday was the worst), you could will be exposed night club traffic and people yelling and just being drunk until 5 am in the morning and not get any sleep. If you don't have to open the window, you should be fine. In addition to that, the duvet was something used in the winter time. I kept waking up bathed in my own sweat almost every night. They were able to give me a lighter duvet, but it was still too heavy and didn't make much of a difference. I asked for a fan, but apparently that was not an option. Aside from this, the hotel staff is great, the accommodations are excellent as well. Very updated, great bathrooms, plenty of water pressure, large closets for all your clothes and luggage. Great breakfast and a lot of at restaurants in walking distance as well. The hotel is situated in an area with lots of Asian cuisine, which i enjoyed. Very close to public transportation which is very easy to use via the HSL app. There is a lot of history in this hotel and it was a great experience. "

"Was a bit concerned about the whole “no reception/well text you a code” but it worked out great. You use the code to get in the building, elevator, and your room so actually it felt quite safe. Location was fantastic. Room was bigger than most in Europe."
