"There was a mix-up with my reservation, and when I arrived at 8am, after traveling more than 12hrs, was told I had no room until 4pm, despite having booked the previous night and called to insure the early check-in. There were literally no rooms available, and I had an event at 5pm. I was desperate. The staff promised to do the best they could, with guest check-outs imminent. I took a nap in a pool-side cabana (comfortable, if hot and humid), and a couple of hours later was gently awakened with the news that they had a room for me. Yay! They gave me a beautiful upgrade and took wonderful care of me!!! Too bad it was only 2 nights. The entire staff, from front desk, to Bistro, bar, valet/driver, and housekeeping were marvelous!!! Thank you all!!!"

"The only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the “Continental” breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15am"
