This detached, spacious villa with sauna is located in Residence De Banjaard. The furnishings are comfortable and complete. The villa features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher and microwave at your disposal. Around the villa you'll find a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. Nach 2 Jahren konnten wir endlich für ein Wochenende weg. Dank Roompot war es ein super Wochenende. Aber wir werden NIE WIEDER über Belvilla buchen. Sie sind völlig unerreichbar und Rückrufversprechen werden nicht eingehalten. Sie können sich nur melden, wenn es um Geld geht. Ansonsten muss man sich mit Anrufbeantworter, nicht ankommenden E-Mails und Rückrufversprechen begnügen. Aus der Not heraus habe ich schließlich Roompot kontaktiert, und dank ihnen konnten wir den Urlaub, natürlich wegen Corona, auf die Zeit und den Ort verschieben, wo wir wollten. Roompot wird beim nächsten Mal wieder auf unserer Liste stehen, aber nicht mehr über Belvilla.

Haus war sauber Personal war nett genug Spielplatz für Kinder Betten gut Haus schön und großer Pool sehr klein und überfällig gehalten Öffnungszeiten Bar geschlossen 21.00 Uhr war enttäuschend - wählte Kaninchen viel zu kurz 5 bis 10 Minuten - beiden Billardtische defekt während eines großen Teils des Aufenthaltes Abendessen mußte etwas concessionsUnderstand machen , dass das Personal ist schwierig ... aber sie zahlen den vollen Preis.

Am Tag vor der Ankunft wurde telefonisch erwähnt, dass wir ein anderes Haus bekommen würden, von einem 10-Personen-Haus bis zu einem 8-Personen-Haus, dem ich nicht zustimmen konnte, ich kenne den Grund noch nicht. Dort mussten wir warten, weil das Haus noch nicht gereinigt war. Wir haben vor Ort einen Gutschein für die Verpflegung erhalten. Als wir mit diesem Gutschein in der Snackbar bezahlen wollten, stellte sich heraus, dass sie nicht aktiviert war. Am nächsten Tag zurück zur Rezeption ... es gab wenig zu tun .. musste auf einen Manager warten, der nur Montag sein würde. Schließlich zu vielen Telefonaten noch immer das Geld terug.Veel Ärger also für ein Wochenende.
