"Kurz vorweg, die Ferienwohnung ist TOP! Die Verwaltung dahingehend eher naja. Bei Anreise wurden wir nicht begrüßt sondern eher „freundlich angelacht“ als wir um 12 Uhr fragten, ob wir bereits ins Haus können. Darauf folgend haben wir erfahren dass wir das Wäschepaket explizit abgewählt hätten was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Wir haben es schlichtweg nicht gebucht, da in der Beschreibung stand, dass auf Grund der Corona-Situation ein Wäschepaket automatisch dazu gebucht wird. Der Fehler lag...

"Die Wohnung ist, wie auch in der Anzeige beschrieben recht gemütlich gestaltet und bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Man sollte allerdings beachten dass die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern nur eine Raumspartreppe ist. Ansonsten alles bestens, ebenfalls die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern."
