"Dinner can be provided. We had pizza and pasta and both were excellent. Host is very nice and gave us a nice introduction. Highly recommend this property. "
"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.

"Great service and amenities. The lounge area was a hit. Small beds. We booked for 4 people and had 3 singles beds with no space to have an extra one."
"Property was amazing! If you are looking for a great luxury getaway that is affordable, this is it. Wished they communicated the benefits and amenities more, but I believe this was simply language barrier."
"Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "

Except the air conditioner is not working well. There’s no temperature control device. The weather is quite hot in July as a result the room is not cool and comfortable when we just got in the room. "
