"This is a very nice hotel with excellent value. It is clean and modern with well equipped rooms. The restaurant is very good, which is welcome as there’s not a lot around. The staff is friendly and helpful. English was better than in other pricier hotels. They have a lounge area and in the evening there are a few bottles of wine to have a tasting. "I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price. It was rather worn. Additionally the air conditioning was not strong and could not be adjusted with a thermostat. Probably the worst thing was that even though it was a non-smoking room there was a faint smell of stale smoke and part of the carpet had a very bad smell too."

"Nisade is the first of the high-end Niseko developers to put a quality project on the ground. It is beautiful, with industrial design softened by a lot of contrasting woodwork. "Perfect hotel for our needs. Next door to a ski hire shop and immediately opposite the Kitanomine gondola. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. They run a free shuttle service on demand to local restaurants, but there are also several good eateries in walking distance. The hot chocolate was delicious (dark chocolate melted in hot milk). Very friendly and efficient staff. A great stay altogether. "

"Clean and spacious room. Staff speaks limited English but will still try their best to assist you. Hotel is located right next to Asahikawa Station so if you're traveling by train, there's no need to find it. For those who arrive by car, there is a parking lot behind the property. The parking cost is reasonable, and there are in/out privileges but you would need to get your ticket validated each time. The hotel is also located across from the Aeon Mall, so there are plenty of food options to go...
