Our room was very clean and featured outstanding mountain views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the variety of great dining options available right within the hotel complex—especially on the 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel’s mall. It was so convenient to have delicious meals just steps away from our room. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. "Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. "
