Breakfast selection is amazing, they had a good range of options available from traditional breakfast to continental breakfast. Rooms are refreshed or cleaned everyday. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time!"

"I love the hotel, SPA, breakfast buffet, and how it’s walking distance to restaurants and mall. I will say if you are flying out of ITM they do not provide shuttle service ."

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with all the options we had. Having unlimited ramen and ice cream at night was a cherry on the top. We loved onsen baths which were extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Kyoto. Thank you very much to all for such hospitality and wonderful experience we had when staying there."
