"We stayed in the family apartment. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. The main room was extremely spacious even with the sofa bed made up. The kitchen was well catered with a fridge and hob and any kit we needed to cater for ourselves. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot food, cereals, fruit & pastries etc. along with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Will most definitely stay here again!"

"We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"No food available when we arrived tired and hungry. No room service. We had to go back out at 10.40pm looking for a restaurant nearby that was still open or else eat fast food. This is not the standard we expect from Mercure."

"Brilliant stay! The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are extremely helpful, the bar/restaurant/breakfast buffet has a relaxed atmosphere with great selection of food & the added bonus of having a lovely pool & spa in the hotel! Would definitely stay again!"
