"Stayed in the family cottage. While the facilities are a bit dated, the amenities are great and everything was put in place for us to have a comfortable stay. Beautiful property to visit, walk around, dine, see ostriches, etc."

"We had a fantastic stay at De Bergkant in late July. The setting and surrounding view was stunning. We were greeted by Tracey who was manager and head chef. She could not have been more helpful. She provided recommendations on things to do in Prince Albert and places to eat, even made our dinner reservations for us. The rooms and the grounds were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast. Tracey prepared a varied 5 course breakfast each morning that could only be described as incredible. Most ingredients were locally sourced and everything was absolutely delicious. Prince Albert itself had a lot to offer and was well worth the trip. To anyone planning a trip to the area I highly recommend including a stay at De Bergkant."

"Andre is a phenomenal manager, and Mooiplaas is our favourite place to stay in Oudtshoorn. All staff are helpful, kind and caring, brilliantly clean and beautiful rooms, highly recommended. Be sure to engage the astrologer Ben if the night sky is clear! Amazing, 5 stars! The Barkers will be back :)"

"The most wonderful and unique stay of our whole South Africa trip. Staff were excellent and a shout out to Elton our game driver who was so knowledgeable and we will cherish our pre-breakfast game drive memories forever! We were a family of 4 and our young boys loved it."

"Wish we could’ve stayed longer! A unique experience staying in a converted shepherds hut, now the honeymoon suite- beautifully converted with plunge pool & the most stunning 360 degree views- also from the shower! So peaceful & tranquil,The owners of Le Petit Karoo really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Beautiful dinner. Amazing value for money & would 100% recommend.
