Attention. The apartment has a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably accommodates a teenager or a child. An adult may not be comfortable , as the bed is 150 cm. We ask that you take this into account when booking 🙌
If you are booking a stay of 1 month or more, please note the following conditions:
• Electricity and water are paid separately by the meter
• The cost of the internet is 500 Baht per stay
• A security deposit of 5,000 baht will be charged at check-in
• Final cleaning is paid at checkout — 1,000 baht
• No pets allowed
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment — only allowed on the balcony
