Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda

"The property is a tram ride away from the airport. It was very clean and well maintained. There were a lot of restaurants connected to the hotel and a small convenience store too. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us getting checked in and they made check out super simple. Breakfast was great. They had a wide variety of food. When I come back I will be staying here again."

"Adjacent to the terminal 3, it’s super conveniently located. Need to self-check in, but staff came to help me immediately when I stuck. Room was super clean, amenities just sufficient."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."
