"Zuerst die wirklich tollen Dinge. Das Pärchen, welches die Wohnung im Auftrag betreut ist super nett. Wir wurden zuverlässig und freundlich empfangen und auch zwei Extrawünsche waren kein Problem. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist phänomenal für Hundehalter und Kajakfahrer. Der Wuff kann sich auf hunderten eingezäunten Quadratmetern frei bewegen und vom eigenen Steg kann man angeln oder das Kajak in den wunderschönen See einsetzen. Damit wars es aber auch schon. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und man kann morgens und abends um Herbst die Kraniche hören. Sollte mein Weg mich nochmal auf die Insel Poel führen, weiß ich wo es schön zu wohnen ist. "Die FEWO 3 befindet sich in einem sehr schön sanierten Haus in der 1. Etage in zentraler Lage von Kühlungsborn. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand.Das Parken, die Wohnung selbst und die separaze Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder waren top. Es gab sogar eine Lademöglichkeit des E-Bike im Fahrradraum.Die Lage ist super zentral, alles ist easy fußläufig fix erreichbar, ob Seebrücke, Strand, Gaststätten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
