In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, slopes 300 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Extra: You get a 10% discount on the daily menu in the Skistadl snack station on the valley run above the middle station.

Super schöne Woche gehabt, Empfehlenswert!!!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit dort,die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet,die Elektro Geräte waren von XXX. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, M. war so eine liebe und herzliche Person,sie hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht geholfen,hat uns auch Infos und Tipps gegeben wo wir hin fahren können,also Sehenswürdigkeiten.Da wir auf den Bergen waren hatten wir einen sehr schönen Ausblick gehabt. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne nochmal besuchen. Weiterempfehlung: 100%!
