"Giovanni the host was fantastic. A really wonderful guy. He was attentive and made accommodations for us when we had early tour appointments. A nice place to stay in Palermo close to the main attractions. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I left my binoculars and umbrella in the room when I checked out and he brought them to my next hotel before I even knew they were missing."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. It is so easy to get there from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. We would definitely recommend this place in Palermo!! "

"Best service, great breakfast, nice rooms (even got a free upgrade!) and central location. Initially the area seems dodgy, but it’s all safe (I traveled as a woman alone) and literally one small block away it is already nice. Very good value for money and would highly recommend. "

"Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance. "

"This is an amazing original property in central Palermo located near the marina, great location. I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not.
