"Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️"

"We had such an amazing time at Contessina celebrating our anniversary/my partners belated birthday. As soon as we arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming – we were delighted to be given an upgraded room with a private pool this truly made our trip extra special and we were so grateful for that!! Overall the ambience of the hotel is sooo peaceful, from the well equipped gym, the gorgeous poolside bar and chill areas to the exquisite breakfast. This hotel is a must stay in Zakynthos!
