"Easy to find and a warm welcome. Parking abundant and a very quiet safe area. The property is immaculate and has a very warm ambiance. The owners are very nice and helpful with suggestions for day trips. The property is a mini resort with all the amenities of larger properties only on a smaller scale. The rooms a well appointed by European standards and comfortable with a large bath. The balcony overlooked the Gulf of Patras and was very spacious with chairs and a drying rack for swimwear. The restaurant was outstanding with a wide and varied menu with excellent taste and value. The cook is amazing. No item served was less than perfect. We will return. Thx Castella. "

"Messalonghi has mostly Greek tourists and some international yachting folk. This means the prices are great. The restauranrs all along the port around are fab and the hotel is in a perfect spot. It is an older hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and fresh linen each day."

"The host was very thorough in showing us the property. The property was impeccably clean and with every amenity a house could need. Beautiful tile floors and such comfortable beds. Completely fenced in with a remote controlled gate! The property is also pretty secluded which is so good! I would be so happy to stay there again!"

"It is absolutely the best house we have rented in the last 15 years. The reality is much, much better than the pictures. You are greeted by an amazing outdoor environment with several parasols, sunbeds, and stylish, fresh outdoor furniture. The pool is larger than it appears in the pictures – we estimate it to be around 18-20 meters with a lovely water temperature. The indoor environment is also top-notch – a pleasant air environment, and super comfortable beds and bed linens. There are plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well-equipped – we didn't lack anything. The host Maria had stocked the fridge with bread, yogurt, wine, cheese, soft drinks, butter, etc. As if that wasn’t enough, Maria treated us with her homemade food and freshly baked bread several times during our stay. Moussaka, Greek salad, Curry, BBQ, are just a few of the dishes Maria provided us with during our time at the house. Homegrown tomatoes and melon were also on the menu. An amazing house and an amazing host!!"
