"The property is amazing. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. It's not near the island center but there are buses nearby. There are lots of good restaurants near the property (my recommendation is Semis Family Taverna, great food and the service is incredible, prices are also good!)"

"WOW what can I say location excellent, host whose name is Peter is a great guy with a lot of knowledge and gave us good tips. It was an amazing holiday we stayed 4 nights in June. We hired a car and saw all of the island of Rhodes. Everything is close by to falirala central. It’s not a 5 star but value for money. There is a restaurant called eat Greek downstairs and a place called olive pizza’s above it. Will stay there again if I visit Rhodes "

"I liked this quaint property. Our room was kind of different with beds up in a loft. My only complaint is that it was very hot up there and the air didn’t seem to cool up there. The pool, cleanliness and bar area was great. This is a great hotel at a great price. "

"From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . The cleaner was always bright and cheery and always stopped to ask if you was ok and needed anything . Plenty of quality sun beds with cushions. Towels also provided which was an added bonus . All in all PERFECT "

"I like the communication with constantina the reception lady . the room are big with light and air and big balcony kitchen and private bathroom but everything is old part of it is not working the TV of the big one with no channel to see but the good thing is that if you are not looking for those things and you look for cheap place this hotel and the room are very good for short stay it's in the center of the city not far from anything that you like I was before in a very nice expensive hotel...

"This property double booked our room. We were not able to stay there yet we paid expedia on line in advance They have no explaination and we’re not honest in their explaination. This happened to another family who arrived there too . They should not be able to use expedia if they do this deliberately as regular practice "

"Our stay was just for 1 night as we were traveling around Rhodos, but we were pleased by it. We could check in in advance as our room was ready, communication and willingness form owners side was excellent. Apartment is spacious and cozy, clean and with lovely balcony. "

"Simply great - I stayed in a studio (non sea view) in the block on the same side of the road as the pool/bar/reception ( room numbers 71-96). There is also a larger block across the road (shown on Expedia website). Area and room was quiet – no karoke or similar “entertainment” in earshot – others have mentioned poor sound proofing of doors, as far as I can see all doors were uPVC and well sealed. "There are different apparts in this property. Ours was « caliope » It was a small tiny dark basement room with a lot of humidity !!! Fortunately we rent only for 1 day. Pay attention.. misleading ad.. doesn’t worth one peny.."
