"The property was clean with lovely views of vineyards and fields; beds were comfortable and kitchen was well provisioned with tools needed for cooking. The wrap around deck was lovely, and would have been a great place to veg, had it not been a chilly wet weekend! We highly recommend."

"Loved the house. Everything was decorated so nicely with antiques and new stuff mixed together. Loved the front porch. When we did eat at the house, that was where we would sit. Loved the little shed out back. Marissa has an extensive CD collection out there with a nice CD player. There’s also a nice garden to sit in right by the shed. The house was also located directly next to the bike trail. Was a nice thing for our adult son to go biking into Traverse while my husband and I enjoyed some...

"The property is charming! The backyard overlooking the fields is very picturesque at sunrise and sunset. The property is close to town which was very convenient. The property is close to one of the main roads into town so you can hear every car that drives by. But overall, this was perfect for our trip (we even saw a black bear cub while driving into town). We would definitely book again if we ever find ourselves back in Kalkaska. "
