"One of the best Hotel to stay, best location near by Mall Road, mid of Nathia Galli and u can discover everything from the mid point easily, Benificial of having Restaurant in Hotel is Fantastic, no neeed to go outside for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, Best Room Service, Quick Solution, Humble Staff. Excellent Experience Should be recommended for everyone 👌"

"Freezing, no other guests there, they did not know about our booking and all lights and heat was off. Temperature was just above freezing. I then had to call Expedia myself at checkout and spend half hour on phone to see why they didn’t receive confirmation or payments despite them seeing the confirmation and proof. Might be fine for locals but terrible experience for international travelers "

"The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. "

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
