"Our family had the most wonderful stay at Crystal Waters! The property was beautiful, very convenient location, the food was amazing and the staff went above & beyond to make us feel at home & were incredibly hospitable. Katerina in particular really made us feel very welcome! We would gladly stay at Crystal Waters in future & highly recommend it to those planning to visit Lefkada!"

"The property was absolutely beautiful.. service in general was good. We booked a classic room with sea view.. room was small and had 2 steps to get to the bed area. I asked the front desk to upgrade to a more suitable room but unfortunately the hotel was booked full.. If you’re traveling with an elderly person I suggest booking a superior premium room instead for easier access in general. Shout out to Spiro who was amazing and very helpful with helping my elderly mom with getting around the property."

"This is a fantastic family hotel. Great value for money. Mary the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly, organizing planed activities for us. We can’t thank the hotel enough for making this a wonderful holiday. The location is great, beautiful pool, great swimming by the rocks. Big rooms, delicious breakfast!!"

"Great experience staying at the Lefkadio suites. Sonja was extremely helpful checking us in, and giving us recommendations for sightseeing and dinner. The breakfast is served in-room at your requested time. It is plentiful and fresh. The airconditioning was working great in July, which is a must. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was on top of any request we had. Definitely we would be staying again."

"This hotel was so amazing, like a homely feel to it. The staff go above and beyond for you. The breakfast is all home made and fresh treats and foods! We loved sitting by the pool by the balcony, so relaxing! The rooms are dated but in a way that is clean and comfortable! The bed was so comfortable as well! The balcony view is just top notch! You are literally steps from the beach! The area around the hotel is all walkable with a well stocked little supermarket across the road and beautiful restaurants on the water with 4 to choose from. We ate at every single one and all of them was amazing food! Highly recommend this hotel for a authentic greek stay, its not your high end hotel, its like youve stepped back in time and time stopped. Perfect for a relaxing break away from hustle and bustle of everyday life!"

"Best experience ever! Megan at the front desk is so attentive, knowledgeable in her field, and kind - she made us feel totally at home :-) we felt like we were visiting a friend vs staying at the hotel. The property was fully booked but we would not have known it - so serene and quiet. Would love to come back!"

"The place is very convenient but lots of amenities needs extra payment. Only had one bad incident which the cleaning lady just entered our room while we were sleeping. The ocean view was not there even when we paid for that side. Aside from that every staff was very nice."
