"On arrival the reception staff were very helpful, explaining all we needed to know. We asked for a few extra bits in the room and help with the aircon and nothing was any problem they dealt with it all and very quickly. Everywhere seemed very clean. The staff at breaks were very polite and helpful and also made time to talk to people. Even down to when last day leaving we went to collect our bag/case and was told "we have showers if you wish yo get changed into different clothes for your flight " which we have never been offered before in hotels."

"The place was beautiful and our room was spotless. The view of the Chania water front from our balcony was the best. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. If available you can request a parking spot in the garage for nominal fee. Also walking distance to the Old Town Chania and Old Venetian Port of Chania .We will stay again!"

The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full. The customer service is excellent too, with special thanks to Georgia the manager who made my and my mum’s stay very special. She is an asset to the hotel."
