"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The rooms were beyond what we expected—spacious and immaculately clean, with housekeeping visiting twice a day to ensure everything was perfect. The attention to detail in the room decor and comfort was truly remarkable. The property itself is stunning, offering panoramic views of the sea that are simply breathtaking. Everywhere you look, there is beauty and luxury. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The dining experience at Lesante Cape was another highlight.
