"After jet skiing all day on swift reservoir, this was the perfect way to end the day. BBQ on the deck and watch the sun set while watching the river tugs and ships travel up and down the Columbia. Peaceful, quiet and awesome!"

"A well-thought historically themed property. Did smell the bar wells when entering each bar area. May want to do a steam cleaning. Otherwise we had a great experience. Food was better than expected. The staff were professional and polite even to a few difficult or intoxicated guests."

"We had a great stay at Welch Cabin! This is a great place to get away and slow down. We enjoyed relaxing on the big deck as we listened to the river and birds and we had a great time cooling off by the river. We saw an otter family swimming in the river, frogs, deer, eagles, a shooting star and lots ..."

I love the area of Kalama. Cute little town! Try Wayback burger in Woodland if your in the area. Or Burger Bar in Kalama is amazing also!

I was there for a dog show at Marine Park, which was beautiful and wonderful, except for the noisy trains.
