Such a cute and safe hotel! The staff was super friendly. Loved the common area with free coffee, soft drinks, etc. It was super convenient to refill my water bottle there every morning! Great location near the Akihabara station but removed enough from the chaos, along with a couple other useful stations nearby. A great home base to sightsee. Strong recommend, especially to solo (female) travelers who want somewhere safe to stay!

Location is good, short walk to Shinjuku area but also need to walk through all the sketchy Nigerians and ‘girl bars’. Fire alarm went off twice at 2am in the morning - it wasn’t their fault but someone definitely tried smoking in the room. Wish the room was more spacious but that’s Tokyo for ya!

Really nice hotel, in the anime district so take note of that, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious for Tokyo standards. Would recommend

Lovely hotel after a very long flight from Europe. Comfortable beds, great blackout blinds. We were surprised that the hotel would charge extra to use the spa or the pool. In the end despite it being a reason to choose the hotel, we didnt use these facilities. Maybe we booked in a hurry but this could have been made clearer when booking. We were also disappointed to be informed that there were renovations to the terrace, which meant we couldn't see the view.

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make you feel special. The attention to detail that the hotel places on the amenities in the room is the best I have ever seen. Love this place. Highly recommend it.
