"Very smooth check in and cheackout. Courteous, verynprofessional and warm staff. Was given a free room upgrade to have a nice view of Petronas tower. Very convenient location. Few minutes walk to KLCC and free transport service to Suria KLCC Mall"

"Our room was clean with two large beds. Bottle water and capsule coffee are complementary, but other snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge are extra costs. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to try. The gym was well equipped and had plenty of room for several guests. Unfortunate for us, there was a planned power outage morning to mid-afternoon on one of the days of our stay."
