"Our room was very warm and comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean from our room through to the common areas. The heated pool and spa were a hit with the kids despite it being the middle of winter. The complimentary bikes available for use were great as well. Every single member of staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful and friendly. A great location for a family getaway, would 100% stay again in the future. "
