"We were a large family but there was plenty of room for us all (10 and babies). The location was perfect for anywhere you wanted to go on the island and the house met the highest standards. We had everything we needed for cooking, for washing and for the beach. One hiccup was we lost air condenser the first day but the owner resolved it right away. Not a problem most would ever encounter. Oh, and we laughed at the goats, cows, and birds interacting next door. A calf was born the first day. And...

"Thai is a fabulous location. Truth about how close to beach! Our only issue was there was no table to sit at inside. No table for cards or coffee. Outside wasn’t always appropriate. Major construction going on next door was an eyesore…"

"This place was perfect for our family of 13. Kihei was the perfect place to stay at on Maui - it was close to everything, and Kihei itself was beautiful and had plenty of amazing food options. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t need much from him because we had everything we could possibly need when we arrived. I wish we didn’t have to leave we could have stayed there forever!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!"

"This property was just as listed and even better! Great communication with our host Brian, great location to access community and restaurants and even greater natural environment! One night we counted 36 turtles on the beach...mornings on the deck were glorious. The house is stocked with more than we expected and plenty of room for all of us. "Property is a little dated but location and view more than make up for that drawback. You'd be hard pressed to get any closer to the water. Pool was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you would need to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here"

"Clean, modern condo on a great location. Beautifully kept grounds. There’s a putting green right outside the back door and it’s only a few more steps to the pool and beach. Easy and open parking. Air conditioners worked great and we were never hot. Everyone we met at the resort was very friendly. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend."

"The decks and lanai should be hosed down. Base boards and windows cleaned. Better cooking pans. I wasted some food because of one of the pans. Phone number left for manager not avail. The closet downstairs that is locked. Not for guests. The light was on the whole time. I tried emailing because I could not get the manager’s number. No response. "Our family of five (all adults) couldn't have been more pleased with this property! The house was clean, well supplied/equipped, and very comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. Having the grill available made for great outdoor meals. We took advantage of the short walk into town at least a couple times daily, and the distance to beaches and other activities was quite convenient.
