Within walking distance to Keauhou Bay where you can rent Kayaks or Stand-Up-Paddle Boards.
Dine-out at the many nearby restaurants or dine-in. Prepare your own meals in the gourmet kitchen or the private gas grill on the lanai. Dine inside at the dining room table or outside at the patio table surrounded by lush tropical plantings.
The condo pool is very well kept and has great ocean views.

Beautiful garden and quiet.

This was a perfect spot for us and lots of room. We loved sitting on the Lani and enjoying the bountiful bird song and garden. Very nicely renovated making it a lovely condo. We also loved the location with a shopping plaza close by and a golf course. We will be back.

The property itself was beautiful with sliding glass doors all the way across for spectacular view. And it really is all about the view. You cannot imagine a more beautiful spot to have coffee in the morning than that back lanai.

Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay

This condo just off the 9th fairway of Kona Golf and Country Club is a great place. The unit had more than enough amenities to exceed our needs during the 4 weeks of our stay in Keauhou. The pool is refreshing with plenty of chairs poolside.

A beautiful stay

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! The inside is really cosy and the lanai makes it perfect. We had several BBQs while enjoying the sunset. It felt like paradise! I recommand this condo without a doubt!

Fantastic condo with great amenities and location

We loved our stay at Trent and Debbie's place. The condo is in a beautiful location with lovely views. And most of all, it is fully and tastefully equipped with every single thing thought of. Everything about this property was perfect. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the beach, shopping area and free shuttle into Kona. The setting was perfect - beautiful view of the golf course and ocean, the amenities in the condo were great - from kitchen supplies and appliances, to washing machine/dryer and beach chairs/umbrellas for use as well as 3 pools. Comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our group. We were here for the Kona ironman, and the everything exceeded our expectations - would definitely recommend this property to anyone else travelling to Kona. We were friends staying here, but would also be great for families with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the pools on site.

lovely condo

The owner was very helpful with information before we arrived and had many current books at the condo on local birds and plants and local sites which I really appreciated. It was great to sit on the lanai and enjoy the birds in the morning. Everything feels new and updated. Very clean and pleasant. The kitchen had most anything you would want to create a meal. Great place to stay in the Keauhou area. The area has two markets close by which we took in Saturday at the Keauhou shopping centre and Wednesdays down at the Sheraton.

What an incredible view!

I was not prepared to walk in and immediately be stunned by the picture-perfect view that goes right out to the ocean. My 93 yr old dad and I stayed here and it couldn't have been better. Everything was very clean, well labeled and organized. The kitchen had ever appliance and device you could possibly need and making dinner was easy. The pool was lovely and also very clean and the other tenants and/or guests staying at these condos were all very pleasant. I would unequivocally recommend this condo to everyone!

Amazing Paradise in Kona!

Our Big Island holiday was all the more impressive and enjoyable due to this superb condo which more than met our expectations! We so enjoyed the peace and quiet, daily interaction with nature on our doorstep and everything we needed right at hand. We were able to do our cooking and use the BBQ for our meals and spent most of our condo time out on the lanai enjoying the wonderful views and beautiful weather. Is perfectly situated to access roads to nearby snorkelling, town of Kaluia-Kona or other points of interest. Thanks for leaving info books on birds, fish and flora! We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely home Trent and Debbie and thank you full heartedly for allowing us to stay there and your immediate and kind response to our last minute call for assistance! Dream Sunset Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have rented all over the Big Island, and Keauhou is a great place to be central to most, but without the crowds. Great places to drop in and snorkel or swim or shop at farmer's markets. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a coffee grinder! Trent was very helpful when we had a couple of snags, responding immediately to resolve them. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying our coffee in the cool of the morning was the highlight of our day. We were visited by a pheasant(!), mongoose, all manner of beautiful birds, and mischievous geckos! The bed is very comfortable, the wifi works well, and there are many options on the TV. In addition to the morning, we made it back almost every evening to sit on the lanai and watch the sunset over the ocean. We will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous views, limited A/C

The view from the patio is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the condo is clean; these aspects are five stars, and I would rent this property again if there were only two of us to stay in the master bedroom. There are a few issues that make this a four-star property for us. The first and most important is the air conditioning; there is only one portable air conditioner and it’s in the bedroom, so if people need to sleep in the living room area, they must sleep on the Murphy bed or pull-out couch with access to a ceiling fan only; those who say that it cools off at night must not mind being hot at night. Second, is the timer on the air conditioner; the a/c does work well in the bedroom, but it has a four-hour timer, so in the middle of the night we woke up hot and had to reset the timer and then try to go back to sleep. We understand the cost of energy is high in Hawaii, but limiting the renter’s comfort affects enjoyment and this is the main reason for the four-star rating. Again, this property has many great qualities, such as lots of amenities in the condo, being close to the airport, a street fair within walking distance, a nice swimming pool, friendly neighbors, easy parking, and responsive hosts.
