Located on the Third Floor, features charming Unit#325 which has 1016 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! Book this unit if the Location is important to you! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#325 features a California King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & a King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom.

Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. There are solid wood cabinets & a convenient breakfast bar. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area. Elevator access as well!
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Beautiful views

This condo had the most amazing views!! Love the wrap around porch. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It had everything you need to cook meals. The pool was very nice. Management was helpful and timely with replies to question. It’s located directly across from magic beach which was nice.

Excellent location directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, close to town, amazing view, designated parking. Not as much kitchen as some but more than others. Since we spend about a third of the time we are on vacation sleeping or in bed. I have to give only 3 stars due to the fact the second bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed. It was so uncomfortable that my back was in pain the entire week. It is good that I did not pre book any golf as I would have lost out on that.

My family just came back from our 4 night stay here, and everything here is immaculate. Location, Sunset, parking, facilities, etc. Some of the things that impressed me a lot were: Common pool area with billiard table in a nice shaded area, Amazing wrap around balcony with one of the best sunset views, well equipped kitchen with water filteration system, tonnes of beach supplies. One tip for anyone renting this place: Do not bring a lot of stuff other than your clothes, if you are staying here. Chances are they have it, and if not, there is a walmart 5-10 mins away.
