Take in incredible ocean views from multiple vantage points, including the large patio with alfresco dining. Amazing on-site amenities include a pool, three well-lit tennis courts, grill areas, and manicured grounds with walking trails (including one to the beach). Unwind in the ocean-view living area, fitted with a smart TV and seating for the group. The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware. When it’s time to dine, meet together at the table. The lovely patio presents views of the ocean and resort grounds, as well as alfresco dining.

Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club community amenities include 17 acres of landscaped grounds with an ancient Hawaiian archaeological site, three lit tennis courts, a swimming pool with lap swimming, and grill areas. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided. The fantastic locale of this condo offers seamless walking access to the coastline for a beautiful view and sunbathing. The accessible beach area is located on the north end of the complex. You may also visit Kahaluʻu Beach about half a mile north for swimming. You can also walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center for dining and attractions, including a weekly farmer’s market.

Things to Know
Due to maintenance, the pool will be closed from April 15, 2024, until May 3, 2024.
This single-level condo is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.
A sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping space for two.
The property does not have AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
