OCEANFRONT CONDO - As Kona residents for 25 years, our desire is to share ALOHA. This is your opportunity to Experience Tropical Paradise, spectacular sunsets year-round, spouting whales in winter, and frolicking dolphins. This secluded and prestigious 18 acre Resort is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Keauhou Bay, and world class golf courses, and only minutes to the best snorkeling on the Big Island.

Two lighted tennis courts and three pools with spas are convenient for your enjoyment. A gated security provides privacy and tranquility. Unobstructed views abound from this spacious 1700 square foot unit, complete with lanai wet bar; large master suite with king-size bed, and granite double shower enclosure for two.
Second bedroom has a king bed configuration unless two extra long twin beds are requested; full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout; porcelain tile floors throughout; granite counter tops in kitchen, and both baths, as well as granite walk-in shower and granite walls in tub shower enclosure.. Deluxe Koa wood cabinetry throughout.
Central air conditioning is provided at a nightly charge of $30.00 plus Hawaii State Tax. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. No Pets are allowed.

Perfect vacation spot

The condo was beautiful and really good location. The owner supplied everything needed for comfort and entertainment. If a vacationer is looking for ocean front property this would be the place. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo.

Perfect condo!

Janice was great at communication. She answered my emails in a timely manner. The condo was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect. We stayed here for the Iron Man race and it was a great location.. I’m looking forward to rebooking this condo again!

Amazing Property!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. One of the best amenities is the incredible views from every room!! The sunsets were beautiful. Janice was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting The Big Island!

30 year anniversary

Repeat stay for us. This unit is everything - view, all the little things you want to make you feel at home (batteries, beach chairs, golf balls, etc). Janice is so accommodating and very responsive. She truly cares about our stay and we feel like part of her family when we are there. Without a doubt- best unit in Kanaloa!

Lovely Hawaii Retreat

We enjoyed our stay here so very much. The home is furnished with everything one could possibley need to enjoy their stay in Hawaii, right down to ice chest and ice packs frozen and ready to use! We loved the location, sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, watching and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. We would definitely like to return to this little piece of paradise.

Surf side condo

This is a great property for watching the surf break on the rocks just below the deck. And for sunset photos as is west facing. And for whale spotting. The unit is roomy and very comfortable and well maintained and well stocked. We enjoyed it a lot and hope to return.

Paradise living on the ocean

Beautiful fully equipped condo on the ocean, perfect for 2 couples. Sit on the lanai for breakfast and watch the whales breaching. The owner is accessible at all times if needed.

The Perfect Vacation

We had such a great time at this beautiful home. The location is as close to the ocean as you can get. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. This condo is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. You can cook meals or head out to nearby restaurants. It is around the corner from the best snorkeling beach on the island. Fantastic wonderful stay

Janice was the most accomodating host and kept in communication with us leading up to our trip. The property was clean, well stocked and beautiful. Lots of extras like condiments, boogie boards, beach mats, funoodles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and more. Great kitchen with lots of pots, pans, and utensils which we appreciate since we cook in for breakfast amd dinner. Great oceanfront views. The best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had!

Janice and Bruce’s condo is amazing. It has breathtaking oceanfront views (best location in the complex) and you get to be lulled to sleep by the waves. The condo was spotless when we arrived and I cannot overstate how thoughtfully and throughly well-equipped the condo is for visitors. The only thing we needed to get for our family was a few groceries. We were so sad to leave the best rental ever and we can’t wait to hopefully stay in this condo again.

A fantastic property

We booked the property based on the reviews, location and a unique and spacious layout. I can only affirm all of the positive reviews. The condo was spotless, the beachfront view was stunning and we were provided with everything we needed (beach towels, snorkeling masks, coolers, beach chairs, kitchen equipment/supplies, binoculars, etc). Additionally, Janice was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions before and during our visit. All things considered, the property was an outstanding home base for our vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again - we look forward to spending more time in this special place.

Home Away from Home

We love staying in this oceanfront home away from away. Located steps from the crashing surf, it is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This perfectly appointed condo, is within the wonderful Kanaloa resort. The resort is equipped with three swimming pools and two tennis courts. It is around the corner from the best snorkeling beach and down the road from the Keahou Shopping center with movies, shops, and a convenient grocery store. Out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, this beautiful condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind - the perfect getaway!

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation

This home was the perfect place for our family of adults to have an amazing time on the Big Island. We were mesmerized by the ocean waves sitting on the lanai celebrating the sunset every day. Slept soundly each night with AC and comfy beds. The condo had what we needed to make meals, fun at the beach with towels and chairs, and perfect distance from so many places to enjoy. Loved that we could wash clothes, and didn’t have to buy those common household items. The condo complex was quite, easy in and out, and convenient parking place. We hope to return again soon And will stay here again. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Absolutely wonderful!

We do VRBO vacations often, and this particular unit was the most well-stocked one we’ve rented. Everything you could possibly need was available, from beach paraphernalia (toys,chairs, towels, etc) to kitchen supplies and equipment (2 coffee makers, plenty of glass and dishware, basic seasonings), to entertainment (games, books, good tv), ample storage and closet space. On top of that, there is the wonderful lanai (where we spent untold hours from morning coffee to happy hour sunsets, and we’ll beyond that). Best of all is the spectacular oceanfront view of the waves crashing against the volcanic rocks. The owners are extremely helpful and instantly responsive. The binder they have left also contains all the info you might need. We loved this place!

Exactly What We Needed!

We are a family of four with two tween girls. The property was perfect for us: spacious, clean and modern. Two ample bedrooms, a good-size, well-appointed en-suite master with a big second bathroom. Kitchen had plenty of necessaries for cooking and storage. Comfortable dining and living area. We loved the outdoor balcony where we had breakfast watching the waves crashing on the shore about 100 feet away! The complex has three pools, tennis courts etc and is conveniently situated for local beeches, restaurants etc. The apartment comes with a stock of books, games, and beach accessories. Janice is a pleasure to deal with, replies promptly to any questions and clearly put thought into ensuring our stay would be a delightful one. Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

Absolutely loved the location, property grounds and facilities, and the condo itself - incredible view on the lanai. It was immaculately clean, everything worked just fine, and was fully supplied with necessities. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping their unit in excellent condition which was greatly appreciated and obvious. The only thing one might consider is that this is a lower level unit and there are people above you which can get a little noisy at times. This is not a criticism of the owners by any means (since they have no control over this) but only something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper - no worse than being in a hotel room with people above. Can't say enough positive things about the unit and look forward to returning in the future. Thanks so much for your hospitality and always staying in touch before arrival to make sure things went smoothly (which they did).
