Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room are open to the gentle ocean and mountain breezes in this bright, airy and beautifully appointed 2nd floor unit on the 9th tee of the Kona Country Club golf course overlooking tranquil Keauhou Bay in the heart of the Keauhou Historical District. Countless cultural and historical sites including the birthplace of King Kamehameha III, the Lekeleke battlefield and burial cairns at Kuamo'o (aka The End of The World) are all within walking distance.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and big windows that look out on the golf course and ocean, and the adjoining master bath has a walk-in shower. Equipped with a queen-size Murphy bed with wardrobes on either side, an Alcove becomes a private bedroom by closing the louvered pocket doors from the living room.

A full-featured kitchen, over-sized clothes washer and dryer, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower bring all the comforts of home to Paradise.

The focal point of this second floor unit is undoubtedly the secluded lanai. Expansive, unobstructed views of the golf course, palm trees and the ocean beyond make the lanai the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, relax on the comfy chaise lounge, or take in a glorious sunset while cooking fresh fish on the convenient grill. Leisurely breakfasts and glorious evening sunsets bookend every tropical day in Paradise.

We provide everything you need for a great day at the beach, a picnic, or exploring the Big Island - including snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and ice chests. Or enjoy time at the salt-water swimming pool - just a short walk away and complete with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, and umbrellas.

Beautiful sunsets! Spacious lanai with comfortable furniture. Really enjoyed morning coffee & evening sunsets on the lanai. Quiet complex. Well appointed unit. Great to have a BBQ on the lanai. Eric was great to deal with. Can't wait to go back next year!

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. Little embellishments that were part of the stay were really appreciated. The Owner of the Condo lives right next door and is readily available if any questions or issues arrive. That's very appreciative.

Check-in was easy and enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the balcony. We liked all the furnishings and especially having a modern rice cooker! It was an easy walk to Keauhou Bay for morning paddles and short distance to the KTA grocery store. We will be back again next year!

Highly recommend this condo. Conveniently located near great snorkeling spots in Kona and Captain Cook, grocery shopping and downtown Kailua. Very much stocked with anything you can imagine and the property managers are very helpful and accommodating.

Well designed unit with newer Island decor—nicely furnished. Very quiet and relaxing, yet conveniently located close to sport courts (pickle Ball/Tennis) swimming pool and Golf—located on 9th fairway. Convenient parking in front of unit. Friendly, courteous, and gracious owner/host. We enjoyed our visit and we certainly would consider coming back for a repeat stay.

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay! This place has all the things you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The property itself was comfortable and spacious and in the closet were all the things you needed for the beach. Our hosts were kind wonderful people and I will definitely be back to stay again! Our family had a great stay in this condo. Eric and Damon were very welcoming and on top of communication. We travel to Kona often and this trip we actually had to split time between two condos due to scheduling. This is the one I would rebook again. Very clean space, comfortable beds, and we loved the open concept to the lanai.

The apartment was in a very green area, with a beautiful view. Equipment was in good condition although the floor and the kitchenware could have been cleaner. Since this apartment is located next to a golf course, the noise level of the golf course maintenance starts at a very early morning time.

We had a great time at the rental, we were very comfortable, weather and breeze were very nice and no concern for not having an AC. Unit was well equipped for everything we needed from all beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels and chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and enjoyed our meals on the lanai. Eric and Damon live next door and were always easily accessible, we ran into them a few times and they helped with suggestions of what to do and are there if you need anything.

Eric and Damon are great hosts and offer a very well-equipped condo. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including really nice pots and pans. The washer, dryer, and drying rack on the lanai were very welcome, as were the beach chairs, sunbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, ice packs…. The Keauhou Shopping Centre is only a few minutes drive away, so very handy for groceries, restaurants and other shops. The pool is great to cool off after a day exploring the island, and usually pretty quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Returning to Alaska winter was a rude awakening!! Highly recommend.

This was by far the best home away from home experience I've had and I travel frequently. I am a travel healthcare worker, and this location was convenient and has everything you could need. I wish I could have extended my stay for the rest of my contract. Damon and Eric are the best hosts. They have thought of everything to make this stay easy and accommodating. For a work trip this had complete kitchen, washer dryer, space to work from home if needed. For those vacationing, which I got to experience on weekends, was even better. The view is amazing. I plan to return in the future! Mahalo!
