Lovely stay

Well decorated, very comfy beds - including the hide-a-bed, sharp knives in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, parking included. Great location - can walk to town and half way between exploring north or south island.

Great property and location

25ft from the ocean, 75ft from the beach, 10ft from the pool, and .03 mile walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo had all the amenities needed. Beautiful sunsets every night!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome condo

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved this condo! The ocean view is amazing and literally right outside the lanai. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Great condo, we will be back.

Great sunsets

We had nine very relaxing and enjoyable days here. The pictures are accurate and the view and location are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important as we cooked almost all of our meals - including all dinners.

Perfect spot on the ocean in town.

This ground floor ocean front unit was perfect for my husband and me. The sunsets were amazing, the condo had everything we needed, we could walk to restaurants, and we had great communication with our host.

Excellent Place to Stay

This unit is really beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We stayed a week. It has close proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and activities, all within walking distance.We loved eating our breakfast on the patio each morning and watching the surfers. Sunsets are amazing. The hosts were great at answering any of my questions. We will stay here again the next time we visit Kona!

Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. Was exactly as described. Fantastic views. Perfect location for walks into town. Nice pool, grounds and parking. This VRBO condo is amazing

We had an incredible week in Kona and loved the location convenience of this condo. The owner/host is very responsive to text and emails and shared lots of great tips and answered all our questions. The condo is clean, well furnished, kitchen is stocked with everything you might need (minus food) and there are 2 bathrooms *bonus* The view cannot be beat and immediate access to water from the walk out lanai is the best!

Awesome condo with awesome views!

Beautifully appointed condo with everything you could possibly need!! On ground floor, so could walk right out to the shore. Gorgeous sunsets!! Kona Reef is kept well-groomed and clean. Nice pool area. Parked our car and didn't move it for 3 days! Walked to town for breakfast and dinner and a little shopping. Mahalo and Aloha!!

Tropical Paradise!

We loved our stay at the Kona Reef! Great access to the downtown area. No need to rent a car unless you want to travel the big island. Anneliese is wonderful to work with and a great host! She is responsive and takes pride in her properties. This condo is perfectly situated right on the water. We loved sitting outside each morning and evening watching the surfers and the waves. The pool is great too with easy access from the condo. Highly recommended! We would stay here again on our next visit to the big island.

Beautiful stay in Kona, steps from the ocean and minutes from downtown

We had a lovely time in Kona at Lisa’s property. It looked recently updated, had a very comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, a kitchen with all the necessities, but most importantly, a breathtaking view of the ocean. Eating breakfast and watching sunsets on the lanai was incredible. The only negative about the stay was some miscommunication regarding checking in, but Lisa was quick to respond and was very kind. The unit is about a 5 min walk from the shops and restaurants in Kona; it really was in the ideal location. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Amazing oceanfront

The ocean waves view from the house is excellent. The house was the perfect size for us family of 4. Upgraded kitchen appliances, washer dryer and bathrooms. Just few steps to pool too. No complaints and the owner Lisa was awesome. She greeted us with snacks and wine, provided both early checkin and late checkout at no extra cost. Bless her heart. Must stay property in Kona.

Great place and wonderful vacation!

Kona Reef A7 is gorgeous and awesome. We had a wonderful vacation for 2 weeks. It is clean and has everything we need. The lanai has excellent view of the ocean. The location is close to Kona downtown, malls, restaurants, farmers market, etc. Lisa was nice and kind person, she makes sure we have everything we need and also gave my daughter a present for her birthday (very thoughtful). Thank you, Lisa, for everything. Highly recommended Kona Reef A7 and we will be back again! Mahalo!

Great Place to Stay in Kona!

This was a great place to stay in Kona! The condo was beautiful and had lots of space. It was an easy walk (less than 5 mins) to get to the main strip with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was a short drive (less than 10 mins) to grocery stores and Walmart where you could get anything you need. There was lots of beach equipment including snorkels, fins, coolers, beach chairs, and towels. The view of the ocean was beautiful. There is a small beach to the side of the resort but we recommend going a few minutes down the street (by car or foot) to some of the bigger beaches which are a bit nicer. We loved staying here and would definitely come back!
