Enjoy watching boats, paddlers and soothing waves from your lanai, while sipping your morning coffee, or catch the legendary Kona sunset over an evening cocktail. Enjoy a short stroll to shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market – no need to worry about driving or parking – or venture out to Big Island attractions from a prime location! At the end of the day, relax in the refreshing pool, and take advantage of pool-side BBQ facilities surrounded by lush Island flowers and wildlife.

This second-floor corner unit opens into a bright open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Plantation decor gives the home an island vibe in each room. The living room has a comfortable couch placed in front of a flat screen TV. A single window A/C unit, a washer/dryer, wifi, and a DVD player are provided for your convenience. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper. You and your guests will enjoy relaxing in here with a movie at night while an ocean breeze flows through the lanai doors.

The quaint kitchen has all appliances a chef could need to cook appetizing meals. You have an option of eating at the built-in breakfast bar for two or the formal dining table with 4 seats. The dining table is situated in front of the lanai. Open the lanai doors to listen to the waves crash. You will be able to witness mesmerizing sunsets over the Kona coast here.

The master bedroom can be closed off for privacy at night. This bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom. The full bathroom has a standalone shower and a washer/dryer handy for any wet swim suits.

Kailua getaway
Started in Hilo and then travelled here for the last few days. After roughing it in the jungle this was a very luxurious stop before our travels home. Snorkeling was amazing, could see whales from our window. Also a submarine came up (for tourists. Close to stores and restaurants. Great location for our daily excursions and we were very happy it had ac.

There was too many personal items from owner in unit to include 7 extra sets of sheets. Items had to be stored in order to use the limited spaces. Cooking utensils below average condition. The bathroom toilet was low to the floor. No lighting in bathroom. Carpets were dirty. The grounds were not taken care of properly to include the pool. Very disappointing.

Everything you need for sweet stay in the Kona area. Snorkel gear was appreciated. GPS takes you to the wrong area. Follow the directions given by the company.

Great Location in Kailua-Kona
This is a perfect, small condo for an adult couple within walking distance to the center of Kailua-Kona. It had everything we needed, including beach equipment, snorkeling, beach chairs, towels, etc. We loved the view to the ocean and amazing sunsets! There are homeless in the area and an empty lot right next door, so just be sure you lock the security gate.

Cozy central stay in Kailua
The location was superb - walking distance from restaurants in Kailua. The apartment was very nicely decorated and had all amenities we needed. It also included some snorkeling and beach gear you can use. We traveled with our 2 year old son and there was no cot, but the bed was huge and could comfortably fit all of us.
