This one bedroom, one bath which is ideal for the single traveler or couple. It has a King Bed, and a full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower. Full kitchen with all items you might need. There is also a washer and dryer for your use inside the unit. Free parking stall, hot tub, bbq and pool area for your use. There is also a special access to the shopping center behind the condo complex for a short cut to the grocery store and all the other amenities available there.

Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

The perfect location

The property was very close to down town Kailua Kona and we had many perfect evenings taking a walk down along Alii drive and enjoying the perfect sunsets. They were spectacular.

Ericas condo is truly a hidden gem in the heart of kailua, kona...Everything you would need for a truly enjoyable stay is included... From the well stocked kitchen, the beautiful remodeled shower,and the comfortable king size bed and being minutes away from everything in town made staying there very relaxing. Great time in Kona Town

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while our home was being fumigated. Erika was very responsive to our needs and was easy to contact. The unit is close to the pier, shops, post office, grocery stores, restaurants, , etc All within walking distance. Mahalo.

Absolutely perfect

Erika provided the most easy and comfortable experience! The big island is my favorite place, so staying in a central location was very important to me. This place has it all. Close to everything, easy parking, washer dryer, full kitchen and pretty much everything you would have at your house. It was very clean, spacious, and I want to express again how comfortable the unit was. Check in process was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I can tell that Erika puts a lot of time and effort into making sure her guests have everything they need. Even beach stuff which comes in really handy! I have nothing negative to say about this place. The only sad part is leaving. I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much, Erika!

Exploring Historic Kailua- Kona

This condo is a perfect location, easy to find off main highway and if you like walking it’s close to the historic heart of Kailua- Kona. For 2 mornings we walked down to the waterfront of Kailua Bay, had coffee in the sun, watched the morning swimmers in the bay and walked along Ali’i Dr. It is a slight but gradual downhill and uphill walk back to condo.

Pleasant stay at Kailua-Kona location

This is a nice spacious condo. Great location, near airport, Costco, Walmart etc. Other attractions are conveniently located nearby. We walked to Courtyard to attend the Luau. The condo is nicely furnished. There is a washer and dryer in the condo that makes it so much convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend my friends who are visiting the Big Island to check the availability of this place.

Great spot in Kona

Great location walking distance to the main Kona beach front locations. Unit is comfortably furnished, clean and has nice amenities like towels for the beach / pool plus chairs so you don't have to rent your own. Owner is super easy to get in touch with if needed. 10/10 will stay again on my next visit.

My daughter & I liked the layout of the condo; it was easy to move around in. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc. Everything was clean & tidy with fresh towels & linens. And we especially liked that there was a washer/dryer. However, on the day we departed, I felt pressured to leave before my 10am check out time. I dropped my daughter off at gymnastics, came back to the condo to clean & take out rubbish. Upon loading up my rental car with our belongings, I noticed a woman in the “visitor” space by my car. She arrived at 9:15am. After I finalized my final walk through of the condo, drenched in sweat, I decided to shower quickly before leaving. I felt that she was there to clear out the place & tidy up after my departure so I licked the bathroom door. I’m glad I did because I heard the heavy screen door & front door opening & closing a couple of times. I’m assuming she realized that I was still in the condo & exited upon seeing my shoes by the door. I thought it was obvious I was there considering my car was parked in the designated space. I left around 9:35am, but did feel rushed. Other than that, this place was fantastic!
There was a hottub for soothing sore muscles.
Parking was easy & the property easy to get around. Dumpster was close by for easy disposal of rubbish.
Condo was located near beaches, shopping, restaurants & easy to navigate.

Excellent condo and location! Loved it! Walkable to restaurants, shops and boardwalk along ocean. Accommodations were excellent. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, couch was comfortable. Erica made it very easy for us to check in to our condo. Everything is well organized and explained just what you see online. Kailua Bay Resort Condos was a great find and in an excellent location. Easy walk to restaurants and other amenities. The condo itself is very spacious with a full kitchen as well as laundry machine and dryer for personal use. Erika was awesome and supportive throughout. There is a pool and hot tub in the complex as well. Just wich we were staying longer!

February Holiday

This property is just as advertised. We primarily used it as a stating base for all of our adventures over the island, and it worked great. We were also able to walk downtown for dinner and drinks easily. The hot tub and pool were also great just a short walk through the parking lot. The only complaint we had was the bed was very firm, but it wasn’t an issue since we only stayed a couple nights. Erika was a great communicator. We left some items behind and she found a way to drop them off to us. We I’ll be back again!

Perfect in Paradise

This condo was perfect. Very clean & comfortable and we felt very much at home. We were within walking distance to everything. A block from Starbucks, 2 or 3 blocks from Kona Brewery and 2 blocks from the ocean and plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from that are close by. We stayed here for 3 weeks while looking for a house to rent. We are now Hawaii residents and would recommend this condo to friends and family that are just as picky as we are. Whether you stay here or not, remember that you are on a tropical island and there are going to be some bugs. The only thing I saw in the condo was tiny little ants. Easy to deal with. The mongoose sightings were and are a thrill. They are so cute. But please leave them alone, they are wild. Come visit. Stay here. And go adventuring. It will be the vacation of a lifetime! !

Perfect getaway in the City

If you decide to rent this condo, you will not be disappointed. It was clean. Convenient to everything and stocked with everything we needed. The manager of the condos was a super nice guy and helped us upon arrival. The host checked in with us the next morning, just to make sure we arrived okay. We really enjoy the hottub and the ocean view.
