Kona vacation

As advertised. Spectacular ocean front views right on the ocean. The unit is clean and very comfortable and a parking space. Grat location as well, walking distance to a lot of great stores and restaurants.

Great location in Kona - walk to restaurants

Watched and listened to waves roll in from balcony. Walked to restaurants and tourist area. Drove to several different beaches. Very convenient location.

Great value with incredible ocean view

This condo has sweeping views of the ocean and sunsets . The pounding surf directly below is loud but also mesmerizing. Within walking distance of dining and shops in Kona. The unit is dated but the location, views and price makes this an incredible value.

Room was clean and accommodating when we arrived. Kitchen well supplied and organized. Check in and check out procedures straight forward. Having a designated parking space is awesome. Pool was well kept, clean and easy access.

Perfect!

Great location, amazing views, very well equipped and very clean. Add to that a lovely lanai with a resident turtle in the tide pools and you have the perfect place for a restful vacation.

Cute beach condo in good location

We enjoyed staying here with the ocean view. The location was close to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities were super helpful and we were able to use the coin laundry down the hall. Would stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

What a lovely place for my stay in town. It was just as described with an amazing view, the convenience of a dedicated parking space, and a full kitchen. There’s a closet filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. for outdoor activities and a lanai for enjoying those beautiful sunsets on the water. Although I didn’t end up using it, I appreciated the convenience of having a laundry room on the property. This unit was very clean, quiet, and pretty perfect for my visit. Thank you!

Simple and amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex, and we will keep coming back! Condo 205 was very clean, had everything we needed and, most importantly, the view! Crashing waves at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The building was quite , and the view and crashing waves were some of the best we’ve experienced. The location is perfect with a short walk to plenty of restaurants and sites.

Great little condo!

We very much enjoyed staying here. Location is great, can walk to everything in Kona. Beautiful view from both the living room and bedroom. Condo is right on the ocean, can watch the sunset from the balcony. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to cook with.

Wonderful Views

This condo was in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a small beach. It was quite comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. View from lanai was fabulous, literally hanging over the sea. Condo is not totally updated but it was fine and provided everything needed.

Great location!

Being that close to the ocean and centrally located to town was definitely a huge benefit. Though it’s an older building they have done a nice job updating this unit. There are a few things that are showing signs of the salty air affecting it (totally normal), and the mattress could be updated, but overall I would totally stay there again.

Unbeatable views and location

We chose this condo based on the location and it did not disappoint. Tucked in on the coastline between the Royal Kona Resort and the Kona Reef, the lanai was essentially over the ocean and we were steps from downtown. The unit had great beach towels, chairs and boogie boards in addition to an extremely well appointed kitchen.
