Gorgeous and high end 4 bedroom plus bonus (sleeping) loft, located in prime gated community, sleeps 12. Very large landscaped yard, fantastic ocean view, central A/C, plunge pool, top appliances (sub zero) granite kitchen beautiful bedrooms, fabulous artwork and only a few steps to Magic Sands Beach, town, restaurants and shopping. Family amenities - tons of beach toys like beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, boce ball, volleyball, ping pong table and BBQ for family time. Watch whales from the lanai in the spring, each bedroom with en suite bathroom, decorative (not playable) baby grand piano, and gourmet kitchen.
