With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom this unit is the perfect size for a couple out for an unforgettable Hawaiian retreat. At the end of the day, relax outside on the private lanai with a mai tai & simply take in your the incredible view as the sun slips behind the Pacific Ocean you’ll be able to enjoy amazing Hawaiian sunsets from both the lanai and the living room! New mattress installed May 2019 & new sofa bed July 2018. NOTE - There is no air conditioning.

Located on the top floor (4th floor) in the very quiet Kona Bali Kai condominium complex, this condo is ideally situated close to all activities, beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Kona. You’ll find tide pools directly outside for exploring, and the famous Banyans surf spot is located right in front. “Da Poke Shack," rated number 1 on Yelp’s “100 Best Places to Eat in America,” is conveniently located on the premises, so definitely make sure to check it out for a tasty meal! You and your travel companion will also have access to the communal barbeque area with picnic table and courtyard swimming pool inside the complex, just in case you desire a change of pace from the sand and surf. We had a wonderful stay at Kona Bali Kai overlooking the ocean. The property was perfect for us and I especially loved the Hawaiian artwork. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kona and are looking for something ocean front.

We loved our stay here. The views can’t be beat. The furniture was comfortable - I really slept well! The kitchen was well equipped with every thing we needed. Lots of spices there for our use too. There is plenty of snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc. We had a little trouble getting the tv going and were completely impressed with the local contact, she was quick and efficient and such a nice person - a real gem. We can recommend highly!

The view from the condo lanai was amazing. The condo had everything we needed: beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom is on the street side of the building with the windows open this makes it a bit noisy for sleeping. If you like to walk or run, the location is great but stores are a little far if youjust want to grab a cup of coffee.The owner was very attentive and easy to contact. I would recommend this condo.contact.

We have stayed at various KBK properties for the past 20 years. This unit has wonderful views and the host is very responsive as is his local contact. Unit is a bit dated though clean and appointed with everything one needs for a great stay. Our only wish, especially for the price point, is that the unit had a/c for the 3:30 to 5:30pm hot part of the day or additional shades to keep the unit cooler when there are no breezes during those warm hours.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The incredible view and the sound of the waves crashing will be in our memories for a long time. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay as well as beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bogey board. The street in front could be noisy but it didn't bother us.
